Processing Orders
Merchandise is normally shipped within 3-5 working days of receipt of the order. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified as to when it is expected to arrive.
Shipping
Orders may be shipped via the United States Postal Service or via Fed Ex Home Delivery. Both options will be available for customer selection at checkout.
Return Policy
You should be happy with your purchase from Everything Mah Jongg. Should you be dissatisfied, you may return the merchandise within one week of delivery for exchange or credit. All returns must be preapproved. Contact Everything Mah Jongg via email for an approval code before you return the merchandise. All returned merchandise must include a copy of the original Sales Receipt.
You are responsible for shipping charges on returned merchandise. This includes the shipping charges to you as well as the returned shipment. Items must be returned with original wrapping and packaging. A re-stocking fee of 5% will be charged on all returns.
Quality
All of our merchandise is checked for defects before shipping. Should your order arrive damaged, please notify us immediately. The shipping company must also be notified , as they may want to inspect the damaged goods and pick it up.
Customer Privacy
We do not pass on or sell customer information.
Merchandise Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice, due to manufacturing variations in pricing. Slight variations in styles or color may occur.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a Maryland address will be charged Maryland sales tax of 5%.
Everything Mah Jongg makes and provides no express warranties on all merchandise sold. The foregoing, however, shall have no effect on the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
